BattleForge – Exlusive Trailer

He’s a game from Electronic Arts. It will be a typical RTS mixed with a card game. The player will have a set of cards which can summon monsters ( huge monsters ) and small armies. Non of the characters will be human or any animal. The gameplay will be familiar to any RTS player and the combat aproach will be the same but still very awesome to see ( and command ). Oh, I forgot to mention ( on purpose… ) that the armies and cards ( monters ) will be of the elements, Nature, Fire, Frost and Shadow… Interesting right?

Let’s just hope that it’s not a Yugi-Oh with some stragety in the middle.

Fallout 3 – Exlusive Trailer: The Pitt

So, as you may have noticed, I’m a super Fallout 3 fan. And in this video, I present you with the next expansion’s trailer: The Pitt!!!!! I’m so exited to see the expansion ( since Operation Anchorage was not such a big deal ).

The trailer reveals a new weapon: The Infiltrated which is a scoped silenced assault rifle that does more damage than normal, a new place ( The Pitt, duh! ) and some details of the mission. The player will have to help some raiders since almost all of them are slavers and dying for some radioactive desire ( correct me if I’m wrong ). As obvious the player will have to find the cure of it killing his way.

Bethesta Softworks revealed that the Lone Wander ( just so that I won’t repeat “the player” again ) will have to fight in some kind of radioactive arena in first place to gain prestige and respect in that community, but nothing is solid yet.

Anyway, I’m sure it will be better than Operation Anchorage

Need for Speed: SHIFT – First Look

In this video we’ll be taking a look at the new game in the NFS searies!

This time the producers decided go to a more authentic and realistic perspective of the game. So, the engine was improved, the graphics was improved and the prespectives ( especially the cockpit one, all the pointers are real: the fuel level, the speed… ). The movements that the characters makes were also improved ( when turning, when crashing… ). The AI suffered some improvements to, they adapt at the way you drive and try to make you commit mistakes. And even more… check the video!

The King of Fighters XII – Debut Trailer

Our buddy that came to us when we were in the arcade room… as now reborn! As said in the video, this is not the final version ( it would suck if it was… ), let’s hope that the producers give a new face to this game, keeping the “old-school style”.

Wanted: Weapons of Fate – Gameplay

Here’s some gameplay of this awesome game! These “fatalities” are so cool! It reminds me of Mortal Kombat. Anyway, this is a game that deserves a place on your collection.

Majesty 2 – Exlusive Cinematic

This new cinematic presents us with Majesty 2! This game will be about knights ( since you are the last king ). The storyile is based in fighting dragons and necromancers to reach the final encounter with the boss ( a man-like dragon ).

In my opinion I think it will be a game for children, but nothing as yet been confirmed.

Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage – Review

Yesterday I completed Fallout 3 ( and what an end! ) and I was sad that the game just ended there, it doesn’t let you explore the world anymore. But no worries, I just loaded a save game and then started playing from there.

After a few hours of gameplay I got bored. Then, I remembered that there was a new mini-expansion that I haven’t tryed yet!

After updating and installing I launched the game. As said in the instructions you need to go to the Wasteland and stay there a few minutes, then you’ll receive a private broadcast that will give you a new quest.

After I killed a few Raiders on my way I was hopping for a peaceful place. But, nah! There was a small war going between the Super Mutants and a special division of the Brotherwood of Steel.

After we finished killing all the Mutants an officer noticed me and sent me down, to their base, to talk to a superior officer. He lead me to another person that told me what was going on. I’m not telling you guys what is it because it might ruin your gameplay and I don’t want that.

I entered the simulator ( since I had the Pipoy 3000 ) and after I “woke up” a private started talking to me and told me that I should infiltrate in the Chinese base to destroy the big cannons. And so I did it…

After the mission was complete I “woke up” in the General’s HQ and got myssel promoted to Lieutenant ( WORRRAYYYY! ). He explained me the mission and told me that I should get a team to kill all the Yellows ( Chinese’s ).

Me and my team did the missions and completed the simulation.

Then I woke up ( this time in the “real world” ). I went to the big armored door and opened it, it was an armory. I got a new Power Armour ( which was pretty cool ), a Chinese Stealth Suit ( which makes you invisible when crouched ), some new and big guns, an Electric Sword and some ammo.

Then I got out of the armory with the intention of getting out of there when I was stopped. There was a big argument going on. Then, they started shooting each other. I got my minigun out and shoot the crap out of them all. It was so cool!

So, final toughts. The expansion was cool and it definitely is worth of the money. The only thing that’s bad is that it concentrated very much on the fight and not on the dialogs that we’re used to having in most situations.

I think the next expansion will be better since it concentrated in the Raider and it has lots of moral chooses to make.

Wanted: Wepons of Fate – Exclusive Characters Developer Diary

In this video we’ll be taking a look at the characters present in this game.

The story continues after the ending of the film when he goes seeking for evidences. And that leaves to the encounter of new characters and enigmas.

The playable character will be “Westley”, a super assassin who moves silently and stealthy and has his and all over the trigger of his gun. You will have lots of flashbacks and in these you are able to play has Westley’s father who is an even better assassin than his son. And more playable characters are yet to announce ( they say that there are lots of them ).

But what would the game be without a sexy, stealthy female assassin? “Arana” will be our Spanish companion, and lover? Maybe, maybe not. But surely there will be a strange balance between Westley and Arana.

I think it will be an exellent and fun game!
